Noto heritage of UNESCO

Noto is a "living books". It 's a stone garden where every corner is likely meet capitals, Baroque friezes, churches and aristocratic palaces. Noto has an important architectural heritage, and also it has a wide and variegated territory (mountains, hills, plains and marine coastal), full of places of historical, archaeological and natural beauty. Its territory is crossed by the Tellaro river and the Asinari or Oleandri stream. The two rivers originate in the Mont Lauro and Fontana Grande
in the Carosello Valley. The diversity of the landscape allows visitors to enjoy the mild climate, to admire the extensive coastline of golden sand and crystalline blue sea considered the cleanest of Italy from Calabernardo to Marzamemi, and to visit important place like Alvera, Finocchito, Castelluccio, etc..
